The LUBING broiler conveyor has been developed for the reliable and safe removal of poultry from cages.
We are proud of our conveyor technology, which meets many industry standards and requirements. During the development of this system, we wanted to ensure we avoided shearing points to prevent animal injury.
The broiler conveyor is installed by a lift system to reach the different tiers of the cage system. The necessary length compensation is realised by moving the drive. The removal of the birds within the cage system is usually carried out by the manure belt. This minimises the personnel required to remove the animals from the cage. The broiler conveyor is available as a stationary, flexible, or mobile version.
