New EasyLine makes things so much easier for Turkey breeding
With this enhancement, EasyLine 2.0 succeeded in further improving the water supply to the animals, thereby facilitating accessibility to the nipple.
The proven principle with pendulum, bowl and nipple remains unchanged. With the new turkey nipples Art. 4001-4, which are now arranged to the side of the pendulum, we have achieved an even longer service life for the drinker and thus increase the reliability of the water supply even further due to two nipples per cup.
Maintenance is made much easier by attaching the double nipple pendulum with a socket pin.
The principle of the double nipple pendulum:
The pendulum gets directed with the head of the animal at every absorption of water and opened one of the nipples.
The water flows from the 28 mm square pipe down the pendulum into the cup.
For the first days of rearing we recommend the starter ball (Ø 30 mm) to increase the water level in the cup slightly.
The rim of the cup is cleaned by the wattles and neck feathers of the birds at every drinking session. Therefore the optimal height adjustment for the animals is necessary.
For Turkey rearing and finishing
The central element of the Floor-watering system is the new Turkey-Nipple Art. 4001-4. The combination of the pendulum and the different stainless steel reinforced Drip cups ensures a dry manure and best results for the rearing and fattening for every age of the turkey.
Easy Line 2.0
1. Water Supply
The main water supply secures an optimum water quality for a long service life of the nipple drinkers. The water should have the quality of drinking water. In any case, the water must be filtered. The water runs from the main water supply through the pressure regulator or the ball tank with an integrated flush system into the drinking lines. Both versions are available for front or middle installations.

4. 5. 6. and 7. Drinking Elements
The drinking lines are supplied in assembled elements of 3 m length. These elements are to be coupled to the size of the hose.
8. Breather Unit
A flush breather unit is installed at the end of each drinking line. All valves of the breather units close during flushing, which can be started by hand or the automatic flush system.
Suspension
The drinking lines are suspended by hangers, which are stuck on the aluminium profiles every 3 m. These hangers are connected via ceiling pulleys with the central hoisting cable. A hand or ceiling winch can adjust the drinking line to the desired height. It can be winched up quickly to the ceiling for emptying or cleaning.
