Dirt removal belt
for collecting dirt and soft-shelled eggs
The LUBING Dirt removal belt for curve conveyors consists of the driving unit, the support brackets for the plastic fabric belt, and the end unit. It can be installed easily into new and existing LUBING curve Conveyor-Systems. The dirt removal belt transports the soft-shelled eggs to the driving side, and there, they are removed by the integrated dirt scraper at a defined location.
At this moment, an expensive purification of the floor or the dirt plates in the curved conveyor can be avoided.
Advantages
