For the egg transport from the laying area to the central conveyor
The LUBING loader conveyors offer flexible and reasonable solutions for the transport of eggs from the laying area in the fl oor housing to the central conveyor. They are suitable for any housing situation and take over the transfer from the nest to a subsequent conveyor system that transports the eggs for further processing. The small, fl exible units are available for all LUBING Conveyor-Systems and chains.
With the respective different chains for rod conveyors, curve conveyors, loader conveyors or steep conveyors, the eggs are transferred from the nest to the central conveyor system on conveyors of different widths.
Due to the variety of loader conveyors offered by LUBING and the possible adaptation by means of different conveyor chains, the optimum system can be put together exactly for your needs.
These are available in different versions to fit optimal to the individual needs:
Loader Conveyors with offset
- for transport in case of interfering contours in the straight conveyor run
- the conveyor chain consists of two round link chains welded with rods
- the exact design of the chain rods can be adjusted to the required pitch in each case (see reverse side)
- offset bend, with which obstacles in the straight course of the conveyor line can be bypassed
Double Loader Conveyor with offset
- for transport from laying nests one above the other
- conveyor chain consists of two round link chains welded with rods
- the exact design of the chain rods can be adjusted to the required pitch in each case (see reverse side)
- 2nd unit each with offset bend to bring eggs to a height for parallel transfer to the central conveyor
Rod Conveyor Direct
- for straight transport from adjacent nests at the same or different heights
- conveyor chain consisting of two hollow pin chains connected by metal rods with plastic sleeves pushed on
- the rod conveyor units are provided in designs of either one conveyor section or two parallel conveyors sections.

Loader Conveyor

Electric Drip Oiler
- regularly provides the outer chain links of the conveyor chain with a life extending oil film
- manual lubrication is no longer required
LUBING Loader conveyor
Guide unit and drive
The LUBING guide unit evenly distributes the eggs on the conveyor chain. It keeps the eggs away from the transfer areas. This prevents collisions between the eggs and thus reduces the number of broken eggs on conveyors with a lateral transfer.
The drive for this short conveying distance is a 0,18 kW motor. These can be placed on the discharge side on the left or right side.
The motors are available in various voltages on request. The motors can be operated with a frequency converter.
