Rod Conveyor
for egg collection
The core of the system is the rod chain belt. It consists of stabilised plastic tubes connected on both sides by roller link chains. The rod chain is guided in galvanised steel profiles connected by height-adjustable floor stands on site. The rod conveyor can be easily attached to other LUBING Conveyor Systems, such as the curve or the steep conveyor.
The belt is guided by profiles made from galvanized steel which are connected to each other by floor supports that can be changed in height. Due to the distance between the pipes smaller eggs will not fall through the belt even at a gradient of 25°.
