The LUBING Floor-watering system for breeder consists of the following elements: Water supply, Drinking elements, Breather unit and Suspension.
1. Water Supply
The main water supply prepares the drinking water with filtration, regulates the inlet pressure, adds medication if necessary, and measures water consumption. The treated water is supplied into the drinking line via pressure regulators or ball tanks with integrated flushing equipment.

2. Mixer
The mixing of the stock solution and permanent circulation prevents the active ingredients from settling on the bottom.
4. Ball Tank

5. Drinking Lines
The drinking lines are suspended by hangers, which are stuck on the aluminium profiles every 3 m. These hangers are connected via ceiling pulleys with the central hoisting cable. A hand winch or ceiling winch can adjust the drinking line to the desired height. It can be winched up quickly to the ceiling for emptying or cleaning.

We install fully automatic flush breather units at the end of each drinking line. The drinking elements are fitted with suspensions connected to the central hoisting cable at regular intervals. The system height can be adjusted using a hand or ceiling winch. The complete line can be raised to ceiling height for cleaning operations.
The core of the system is the LUBING drinking nipples, available with or without drip cups. The supplied height table of instructions indicates the perfect height of the drinking line and the water column each time. This ensures dry litter simultaneously with an optimal water supply – from day one!
