Broiler Drinking System
LUBING Drinking Systems are proven and successfully used hundreds of thousands of times for the optimal water supply of your animals in all housing types. Due to their modular design, they can be expanded and supplemented anytime. With the patented and world-leading LUBING nipples, they form the optimum solution for efficient animal welfare and hygienic poultry management.
The central element of the floor watering system is the top nipple, ensuring an optimum water flow for every type of bird.
The combination of nipple and drip cup ensures good water flow and dryness on the ground. The right height depends on the size of the animals: They should have to stretch slightly to reach the nipples. Every delivered system includes a height table, making it easy to find the correct height of the drinking line from the first day.
The LUBING Floor Watering system for broilers consists of the following elements: Water supply, drinking elements, breathing unit, and suspension.
1. Water Supply
The main water supply secures an optimum water quality for a long service life of the nipple drinkers. The water should have the quality of drinking water. In any case, the water must be filtered. The water runs from the main water supply through the pressure regulator or the ball tank with an integrated flush system into the drinking lines. Both versions are available for front or middle installations.

2. Mixer
The mixing of the stock solution and permanent circulation prevents the active ingredients from settling on the bottom

The drinking lines are supplied in assembled elements of 3 m length. These elements are to be coupled to the size of the hose.
7. Slope Regulator
- compensation of height differences

8. Breather Unit
- works fully automatic without additional power supply
- significantly reduces the amount of required work for flushing processes
Suspension
The drinking lines are suspended by hangers, which are stuck on the aluminium profiles every 3 m. These hangers are connected via ceiling pulleys with the central hoisting cable. A hand or ceiling winch can adjust the drinking line to the desired height. It can be winched up quickly to the ceiling for emptying or cleaning.
